I have been working with some clients for 3, 4 years now. Most of the time I win clients they stay for a long time. For me, this is a huge success!
The fact is here “Empathy” ~ I empathize with my client’s else feelings. I feel their pain points & sometimes their client’s pain points as well to design according to the pain points, and problems they are facing!
So, this is important to feel from the perspective of your clients. Only then we can take design decisions that make our client happy and create a long-term relationship!
P:S: When do you get ultimate happiness? ~ after getting payment or when you see your client has achieved his/her goals?
